Deuteronomy 6:7
“Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”
Deuteronomy 6:7
God calls parents and families to teach children His Word diligently and consistently. Teaching children about God is not only something we do at church on Sunday. It begins at home and continues through our everyday lives.
We can teach children about God's love through prayer, Bible stories, kind words, and the examples we set. When children see us living according to God's Word, they learn not only from what we say but also from what we do.
Let us make time to pray with our children, read the Bible together, and encourage them to attend church and grow in faith. Small, consistent lessons can help build a strong spiritual foundation that stays with them as they grow.
