MTN Mobile Money lets you send your gift directly from your phone in a few minutes, without needing a bank account. This is the fastest option for givers in Rwanda.
Steps
- 1Dial *182# on your MTN line.
- 2Select "Send Money", then "Send to Mobile Number".
- 3Enter +250783389668 as the recipient number and the amount you wish to give.
- 4In the reference or reason field, write the donation type (e.g. Tithe, Building Fund) and confirm the transaction with your PIN.
Good to know
- Keep the MTN confirmation SMS as your receipt until we mark your gift as received.
- Network charges from MTN may apply depending on your plan.
